Aagam Shah is a finance professional with extensive experience in risk assessment and credit evaluation. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in Mid Market Risk at Northern Arc Capital since November 2022, Aagam specializes in evaluating risk for financing startup ventures and structured transactions. Previously, Aagam held the position of Senior Credit Manager for SME and Mid Corporate at ICICI Bank, where responsibilities included overseeing the credit approval process and assessing client creditworthiness. Aagam's experience also includes a role as Credit Manager for SME at Axis Bank and a Credit Analyst position that focused on preparing credit appraisal memos.
