Molly Bailey is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in various financial leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at Northern Air Systems since July 2023, Bailey has previously held senior accounting positions at Hewitt Young Electric, LLC, and managed accounting operations at Simcona Electronics Corporation and Clarix Technologies, Inc. As Financial Controller at Monroe Piping & Sheet Metal, Bailey provided high-level oversight of financial activities. Additionally, Bailey's leadership experience includes serving as Executive Director for Girls on the Run of Greater Rochester and Controller at Fairport Savings Bank. Bailey holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Finance from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Finger Lakes Community College.
