Melissa Familo is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Supervisor at Northern Credit Union in New York since November 2021, Melissa previously held the position of Human Resources Generalist II. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Assistant at the State University of New York College at Oswego from May 2016 to October 2021, where responsibilities encompassed managing job postings, coordinating the hiring process, and participating in recruitment activities. Earlier roles include Senior Cashier at Bosco and Geers and an HR intern at SUNY Oswego, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service and human resources processes.
