Heather Spinney, CPRP, RACR, currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital, a position held since June 2019. Prior to this role, Heather was a Talent Acquisition & Physician Recruiter at the same hospital and held HR Manager positions at Lowe's Companies, Inc. and Omni Hotels & Resorts. Earlier experience includes a Human Resources role at Live Nation/House of Blues and as an HR Representative at Loon Mountain Resort. Heather began their career as an Ambulatory Services Rep at Boston Children's Hospital. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in International Relations & History from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, completed in 2004, and attendance at Martha's Vineyard Regional High School from 1996 to 2000.
