Ya Zhang has extensive experience in the finance sector, currently serving as the General Manager at Northeast Securities Co., Ltd. since October 2016. Initially, duties included project execution for financial products and due diligence for credit financing. After transitioning to a front office role, significant achievements include the launch of the first private fund distribution, issuance of an innovative trust income swap product, and securing the largest private brokerage deal in the company's history. Prior roles included Product Manager at Nord Fund Management Co. and Chaoyang Yongxu, with responsibilities in fund material preparation and investment strategy analysis. Ya Zhang holds a Master of Science in Marketing and Financial Services from the University of Exeter and a Bachelor's degree in Auditing from Harbin University of Commerce.
