Jill Stewart Kellar has a wealth of experience in the education field. Jill started their career as a Business Educator in ISD 622 from June 1995 to June 1997. Jill then joined Osseo Area Schools, where they held various roles including Business Educator (August 1997 - June 2009), Instructional Coach (June 2009 - June 2012), and Curriculum Integration Coordinator/Advanced Placement-HP Support Specialist (June 2012 - June 2015). Currently, Jill is working at Northeast Metro 916 Intermediate School District as the Principal of the Career and Technical Center since July 2015. Jill was recently promoted to Assistant Director of Career and Technical Education in July 2019. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1992, they completed an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business/Commerce, General from North Hennepin Community College. In 1995 to 1997, Jill pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Business Teacher Education at the University of Minnesota. Jill later went on to earn an Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from the University of St. Thomas, completing it between 2012 and 2014. In 2018, Jill received a Licensure in Educational Leadership and Administration, Superintendency from the University of St. Thomas.
