Prior experience encompasses roles as a Research and Data Analyst at Region 3A Development & Regional Planning Commission, Community Development Planner at Columbia City/Whitley County Joint Planning and Building Department, and Planner I at Purdue University Fort Wayne. Mark's educational background includes a Master of Public Management in Public Administration and Policy and a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from Indiana University Fort Wayne, as well as two Associate of Arts degrees from Ivy Tech Community College.
