Shannon Ladas has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in both treatment coordination and retail management. Since May 2017, Shannon has served as a Treatment Coordinator at Northeast Family Services. Prior roles include Operations Manager and Assistant Store Manager at Charming Charlie, Assistant Store Manager at White House Black Market, Co-Manager at EXPRESS, and Assistant Store Manager at Cache. Shannon began their career as a Shift Supervisor at Rite Aid. Educationally, Shannon holds two Bachelor's degrees in Communication and Media Studies and Psychology from the University of Rhode Island.
