Mika Pierre, M.S., currently serves as the Director at Old Colony YMCA since October 2022 and as a Bilingual Behavioral Health Clinician at Northeast Family Services since June 2020, where responsibilities include administering behavioral assessments and providing counseling to clients. Prior experience includes working as a Behavioral Health Specialist at Bradley Hospital from May 2011 to August 2020, utilizing de-escalation techniques and developing therapeutic groups. Additionally, Mika worked as a Referral Agent/Admission Representative at Judge Rotenberg Center from February 2009 to August 2020, facilitating patient admissions and planning recruitment events. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology (2020-2023), an MS in Psychology from the University of Phoenix (2017-2019), a Certificate in Language Interpretation and Translation from UMass Chan Medical School (2017), a BA in Psychology from Rhode Island College (2008-2009), and an AA in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Touro University (2006-2007).
