Sunni came to the Board as “an avenue to give back to my community, where I can bring my skills and capabilities helping NCYF achieve its vision and mission.” Her areas of expertise include in-depth knowledge around Lean and Six Sigma methodologies; applying those concepts to business operations, operational excellence initiatives, strategy deployment and leadership coaching. Sunni has led various organizations through multi-phased transformational change initiatives within the health and financial service industries. Since joining the Board in early 2021, Sunni has already made a positive impact on the Agency through her participation in the 3-year strategic planning initiative.
