Feridun Kaya has a diverse and extensive work experience in the financial industry. Feridun is currently the Head of Commercial at Northe Company, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, Feridun was a Senior Sales Manager Nordics / DACH / Benelux at AfterPay - Arvato Financial Solutions from 2021 to 2022. In this role, they focused on new and strategic sales development across multiple European markets. Before that, Feridun was a Senior Sales Manager at Arvato Financial Solutions from 2018 to 2021. Feridun also worked at Sergel Group, where they held various positions including Client Executive, Account Manager, Debt Collection & Credit Specialist, and Debt Collection & Credit Administration Agent from 2014 to 2018.

Feridun Kaya obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Stockholm University between 2011 and 2014. In 2013, they briefly studied International Studies at Griffith University. From 2007 to 2010, they completed the Natural Science program at Internationella Engelska Gymnasiet Södermalm.
