Harold Weckworth has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1999 as an HR Coordinator at The Shopping Channel. Harold then worked as a Compensation & Benefits Consultant at Tangerine from 2001 to 2004. In 2004, they joined Rouge Valley Health System as a Senior Compensation & Benefits Consultant, before moving to Northbridge Financial Corporation in the same role. At Northbridge, Harold held various positions including Manager, Compensation & Benefits, Director of HR Operations, Director of Total Rewards, Vice President of People & Culture Programs, and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of People & Culture.
Harold Weckworth completed a Bachelor of Administrative Studies degree in General Studies from York University from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained an Honours Business Administration Diploma in Human Resources Management from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology from 1996 to 1999. In addition, they hold certifications such as Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association, Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) from WorldatWork.
