Tyler Gorelick is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Operations at Northbound Executive Search since February 2023, Tyler oversees recruitment services in the NYC metro region. As a Founding Member of the CoS Mastermind Network at Primary Venture Partners since October 2022, Tyler facilitates peer-to-peer learning and mentorship for Chiefs of Staff. Previously, Tyler was a Senior Operations Manager at Phosphorus, where responsibilities included managing multi-disciplinary operations and overseeing financial operations. Prior roles also include Head of Clinical Services and Assistant Director of Operations at Camp Young Judaea Sprout Lake, where significant contributions to operational efficiency were made. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Political Science from Bucknell University, earned in 2016.
