Dean Patane is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search and recruitment. Currently serving as a Partner at Northbound Executive Search since April 2012, Dean focuses on providing hands-on recruitment services for both permanent and temporary positions in the NYC metro region. Prior to this role, Dean was the Managing Partner at Five Sigma Group from 2008 to April 2012, and before that, held the position of Vice President of Executive Search at Vedior Professional Services from 1999 to 2008, specializing in accounting and finance recruitment. Dean's career also includes financial roles at MasterCard and PricewaterhouseCoopers, with a foundational education in Accounting & Finance from the University at Buffalo School of Management.
