Tina Brazil currently serves as RN Practice Manager at NorthBay Healthcare, focusing on the Center for Women's Health since January 2019. Concurrently, Tina has held the position of RN Supervisor at Sutter Bay Medical Foundation Affiliated Medical Groups since January 2013, overseeing multiple specialties and managing fiscal and personnel responsibilities using Lean principles. Prior to this, Tina worked as LVN Supervisor at Sutter Health from November 2008 to January 2013, managing daily operations across several medical departments. Tina’s early career included service in the United States Air Force as EMT/LVN from November 2000 to November 2008, supervising medical technicians and providing specialized nursing care. Tina holds a BSN from South University and an ADN from Pacific Union College, along with degrees in Military Applied Sciences and General Studies.
