Jennifer J Mercer is a highly experienced professional in the field of clinical informatics and project management, currently serving as a Senior System Analyst IV at NorthBay Healthcare since December 2015 and as a Clinical Informatics Project Manager at Sidney Health Center since November 2013. At Sidney Health Center, Jennifer manages the implementation of Epic, overseeing issue identification, tracking, resolution, and the education and training processes for nursing and physicians during the Go Live phase.
