Dina McSweeney serves as the Director of Operations at NorthBay Health since October 2021, overseeing operational, financial, and patient experience aspects across multiple service lines, while collaborating with leadership on strategic planning and implementation. Prior to this role, Dina held positions including Practice Manager of Occupational Medicine and EHS at ONR and Director of Rehabilitation at San Ramon Regional Medical Center. With extensive experience at San Ramon Regional Medical Center, which included roles as Director and Director of Therapy Services, Dina has built a strong foundation in healthcare management. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences, both from Boston University.
