Francis Banks currently serves as the Engage Operations Manager at Northampton Saints Foundation since April 2022, after previously holding the role of Engage Officer. Francis has extensive experience in football coaching, working at Northampton Town Football Club (Official) since September 2016, where roles have included Pre-academy/Academy Coach, Inclusion Officer, and Football & Education Programme Coach/Performance Analyst. Additional coaching experience includes a volunteer position at Moulton Football Club from September 2011 to August 2021 and various roles in other organizations, such as Freestyle Soccer Academy and The Football Association. Francis holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sport Performance and Coaching and a BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport Development, Coaching, and Fitness from Moulton College.
