Emma McKeown is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Executive Director of Insight, Performance, and Digital Services at North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network since April 2020. Prior to this role, Emma held various positions, including Director of Health Analytics at PwC Australia from 2016 to April 2020, and Senior Hospital/Payer Value Analyst at Medtronic from 2012 to 2016. Emma also gained valuable experience at Ramsay Health Care as a Hospital Contract Manager/Casemix Analyst and at the Australian Health Service Alliance as a Hospital Contract Manager/Analyst. Earlier in Emma's career, experience was further developed at nib health funds as a Prostheses Manager. Emma holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Health Information Management from Curtin University and a Bachelor of Information Science in Information Systems from the University of Newcastle.
