Christopher Carter is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in health management and governance. Currently serving as the Chief Executive of North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network since January 2012, Christopher also holds roles as Company Secretary and serves on the Victorian Mental Health Ministerial Advisory Committee. Additional current positions include membership with the West Metropolitan Mental Health and Wellbeing Interim Regional Body. Historically, Christopher has chaired Soundfair's Board of Directors, advocated for hearing equality, and led both the Victorian and Tasmanian PHN Alliance and WA General Practice Network. Alongside these roles, Christopher has an academic background as an Adjunct Associate Professor at Curtin University and has held various executive positions across notable health organizations.
