Sam Malik is an accomplished executive search and coaching professional with extensive experience in people development and leadership consulting. Currently serving as a Mentor and Member of the Diversity Drivers Group at North West Business Leadership Team since 2022, Sam operates as a self-employed consultant through Maze Associates Limited since 2007, specializing in strategic hiring and people development. Previous roles include Consultant Partner at Warren Partners, Head of Executive Search and People Solutions at Customer Management Resourcing Group, and Senior Client Partner at 6 Group, among others. With a solid educational background including a PGCE from Cardiff University and a BA (Hons) in Economics from Coventry University, Sam is dedicated to building diverse boards and supporting executive leadership teams across various sectors.
