Nicola Hayne is a seasoned professional in forensic collision investigation with extensive experience at North Wales Police since December 2021, where roles include Science Technical Specialist and Regional Technical Manager for the Forensic Collision Investigation Network (FCIN). Prior to this, Nicola contributed significantly as a Senior Researcher, Researcher/Collision Investigator, and Graduate Researcher at TRL from April 2015 to December 2021, focusing on vehicle safety and engineering technology. Nicola's educational background includes a Master of Science in Criminology and Criminal Psychology from the University of Portsmouth and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Criminology and Forensic Studies from the same institution, along with a Level 4 UCPD in Forensic Road Collision Investigation. Earlier experience includes a role as a Support Assistant at Clear Links Support Ltd. from September 2013 to September 2014.
