Liz Moser is a seasoned human resources professional with a robust background in various HR functions and instructional design. Currently serving as a Human Resources Assistant at North Vancouver School District #44 since April 2023, Liz has also worked as an HR and Instructional Design Consultant since September 2019. Previous experience includes an extensive tenure at BC Hydro from May 2003 to June 2019, where roles spanned Human Resources Analyst in Enterprise Learning, Instructional Designer, Learning Specialist, Curriculum Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, and Power Smart Educator. Liz holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Work and Family Studies from The University of British Columbia.
