Gena Vanatta has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Gena began their career as a Back Jack Dealer at Winstar Casino, where they gained experience in handling high-stress situations and managing large cash transactions while providing excellent customer service. In 2016, they became a self-employed business owner. Additionally, Gena worked as a Revenue Auditor at Chickasaw Nation Department of Commerce from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they hold a position at North Texas Medical Center, starting as a Senior Staff Accountant in 2021, then advancing to the role of Accounting Manager in 2022. Gena is currently serving as the Director of Accounting/Controller.

Gena Vanatta attended the University of North Texas from 2013 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Their field of study was focused on Accounting and Business/Management.
