Matt Roberts is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the nonprofit and behavioral health sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at North Texas Behavioral Health Authority since February 2018, Matt oversees contractor relationships and leads a team managing substance use disorder contracts while fostering community connections for youth. Prior to this role, Matt operated Northaven Consulting and served as President of Mental Health America of Greater Dallas, where responsibilities included implementing strategic plans and managing staff. With additional leadership roles at NAMI Dallas and FEMA, along with a strong background in client management at UPS Supply Chain Solutions and Consolidated Freightways, Matt combines a robust operational skill set with expertise in advocacy and fundraising. Matt holds an MBA in Nonprofit Management from The University of Dallas and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from Austin College.
