Amanda Oberacker, the Recreation, Park and Facilities Manager at North Tahoe Public Utility District, previously worked as a Recreation Supervisor and Aquatic Coordinator at Truckee Donner Recreation & Park District. With a Master of Public Administration from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Springfield College, their experience includes overseeing programs and operations for aquatic centers, lakefront beaches, and boat launches.
