Stephanie Landry has held a variety of roles in the customer service and marketing industry. Stephanie began their career in 1998 as a Customer Service representative at WestJet, where they supervised employees, addressed customer concerns and assisted in the opening of company operations at the Montreal International Airport. In 2013, Stephanie became the General Manager of RenyLee LLC, dba Cuti Tan, where they managed and oversaw retail operations, customer relations and vendor accounts, and developed marketing and promotional strategies to drive revenue growth. Finally, in 2014, Stephanie joined North States Industries as the Customer Service/Partnership Marketing Manager, where they trained and managed the customer/consumer services team, responded and resolved all escalated consumer related inquiries and issues, and approved and processed all warranty claims.
Stephanie Landry obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism from Collège LaSalle in Montréal.
