Shannon Rickards is a Project Manager at North Somerset Council since July 2023, specializing in construction projects for the Local Authority. Previously, Shannon served as Project Lead for Adult Studies at Weston College from September 2020 to July 2023, overseeing the Multiply and boot camp programmes along with a project and administration team. Additional experience includes roles as a Project Coordinator at the Ministry of Education of New Zealand and a Legal Secretary at Crown Law. Shannon also held various administrative positions at Weston College and Puddy's Vehicle Solutions, gaining extensive experience in project management, compliance, and the vehicle fleet industry. Academic qualifications include GCSEs from Priory Community School.
