Mac Cannon has over 10 years of customer service experience, currently serving as a Sales Associate at North Shore Steel since February 2015. Previous roles include Assistant Store Manager and Manager in Training at Mattress Firm from December 2011 to February 2013, as well as a Server, Trainer, and Marketing Specialist at Texas Roadhouse from March 2008 to July 2011. Mac possesses fluency in American Sign Language, extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007, and familiarity with SAP.
