Carl Hubben, PE has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Carl began their career as a Summer Intern at Allen + Killcoyne Architects in 2007. In 2009, they worked as a Summer Intern at Teng & Associates and the following year, they were a Summer Intern at Ryan Biggs. In 2011, Carl worked as a Structural Engineer I at AECOM. Carl then joined Ellinwood + Machado, LLC Structural Consulting Engineers in 2013 as a Project Engineer. In 2014, they moved to Sansi North America (SNA) where they served as a Project Manager, overseeing the management and implementation of LED displays and lighting fixtures. Carl was later promoted to the position of Director of Project Management before leaving in 2018. Currently, Carl is employed at NORTH SHORE NEON, where they started as a Project Manager and later became the Vice President.

Carl Hubben, PE obtained a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Architectural Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering from Penn State University. Carl studied at Penn State University from 2006 to 2011. In 2008, they also obtained a Minor in Architecture from Sede Di Roma. Additionally, in January 2015, Carl Hubben obtained a Professional Engineer License from the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation.
