Shalitha Muthumal currently serves as a Talent Research Partner at Coinbase since August 2023 and has been a Partner at EQS ENGENHARIA since June 2022. Prior experience includes work as a 3DI sail craft technician and in Environment, Health and Safety roles at London North Eastern Railway from December 2020 to April 2023, and as a Store Assistant from May 2017 to September 2019. Shalitha is pursuing an Associate's degree in Occupational Health and Safety from NIOSH and additional education in Software Developing and Database Management at LAVTC, as well as training at Mercmarine Training and IATA. Previous educational qualifications include a Diploma of Education in Windows XP advanced techniques from WINTEC.
