Lori Williams has an extensive background in nutrition and culinary services, currently serving as a Nutrition Assistant at North Polk Community School District since 2019 and at Iowa City Community School District since December 2015. In addition, Lori has been a Culinary Coordinator at Windsor Manor Assisted Living since May 2013, overseeing dietary management. Previous experience includes positions at Vangent, Inc. as a Senior Customer Service Representative specializing in Federal Student Aid from 2009 to 2012, and as a Dietary Cook at Kossuth Regional Health Center from 2000 to 2008, where meal preparation involved collaboration with dieticians. Earlier roles include Assistant Manager at The Pub from 1987 to 2000 and a Waitress at Sandstone Inn from 1979 to 1987. Lori holds a high school diploma from Humboldt High School, obtained in 1975.
