Ryan Gaspard has over 15 years of experience in the security and human resources sectors, currently serving as HR Manager at NorthPark Management Company since October 2008. Throughout their tenure, Ryan has held various roles, including Human Resources Generalist and Payroll and Benefits Administrator, and has supervised a team of over 40 security officers while managing daily and monthly scheduling. Ryan has established strong relationships with over 240 police officers across 18 departments in the DFW area, enhancing coordination for security efforts. Prior to NorthPark, Ryan worked at Best Buy as an Asset Protection specialist and served as a Radiology Aide and Transporter at HCA. Ryan holds two Associate degrees from Eastfield College in Criminal Justice/Police Science and Forensic Science and Technology, complemented by a high school diploma from San Marcos Academy.
