Yasmine A. has extensive experience in the field of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and compliance. Yasmine has held various roles in different organizations including the North Orange County Community College District, Amazon, Arizona State University, Stantec, California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, and Claremont Graduate University.

In their most recent position as District Director, EEO & Compliance at the North Orange County Community College District, Yasmine led a team in developing and implementing comprehensive EEO and compliance programs, promoting diversity and inclusivity across campuses and departments.

Yasmine also worked at Stantec as an EEO/AAP Compliance Manager, responsible for ensuring organizational compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Yasmine provided input on the creation and management of Affirmative Action plans and partnered cross-functionally to recommend changes to legislative and policy requirements.

Additionally, Yasmine held positions at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, where they served as an Equity and Compliance Coordinator, overseeing compliance projects related to Title VI, Title IX, and ADA. Yasmine also worked as a Project Coordinator for the Cal Poly Pomona Kellogg Foundation, managing events and serving as a liaison between staff and clients.

Yasmine's career also includes a brief role as a Data Analyst at Claremont Graduate University.

Throughout their career, Yasmine has demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing EEO and compliance programs, conducting investigations, and promoting diversity and inclusion practices.
