Windu Nugroho has extensive work experience in the field of piping engineering. Windu started their career as a Piping Engineer at Kellogg Brown and Root Indonesia, where they worked on various offshore and onshore projects. Windu then joined Petrofac IKPT International as a Piping Stress Engineer, where they contributed to the El-Merk Project in Algeria. After that, they joined PT. Technip Indonesia and PT. Nippon Steel Construction Indonesia as a Piping Engineer, gaining expertise in pipe stress analysis and piping material.

In 2012, Windu joined Worley Parsons Indonesia as a Senior Piping-Mechanical Engineer, working on the Total E&P Myanmar-YADANA Subsidence Project. Windu then became the Head of Department at PT. Synergy Engineering, where they were responsible for developing and improving the capabilities of the piping team.

Windu's most recent role was as a Lead Piping Valve and Vessel Engineer at Total E&P Borneo B.V, where they managed the execution of the Maharaja Lela South Project. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Piping Valve and Vessel Engineer for the Gallaf Phase 2 Batch 3 CPP project at North Oil Company Qatar.
