Rachman Ardiansyah MSc, P.Eng, LSBB has a diverse and extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Rachman is currently working as an Engineering Coordinator at North Oil Company Qatar, starting from February 2023. Previously, from December 2019 to February 2023, they held the role of Facility Engineering Manager at PT Sele Raya Belida.

Prior to that, they worked at PT Pertamina (Persero) as an Operation & Maintenance Manager from December 2018 to November 2019. Rachman was responsible for managing operation and maintenance activities, including Turn Around Project activities, in support of both upstream and downstream Pertamina business.

Before joining PT Pertamina, Rachman Ardiansyah worked at Chevron for several years. Rachman served as a Lead Project/Lead Facility Engineer from an unspecified date to November 2018, where they led the assessment and execution of development projects and contributed to the creation of new field Plan of Developments (POD) for submittal to the Government of Indonesia. Rachman also worked on Oil & Gas Deepwater Early Concept Development projects at Chevron Project Resources Company USA from an unspecified date to 2015, and at Chevron Indonesia from an unspecified date to 2014.

Earlier in their career, Rachman Ardiansyah worked at BP Indonesia as a Program Engineering Coordinator, Turn Around Project Coordinator, and Senior Field Facility Engineer from an unspecified date to 2009. Rachman also gained experience as a Project Team Leader at Wood Group Indonesia from an unspecified date to 2006, and as a Facility Engineer at Chevron Indonesia (PT. Rachman Ardiansyah MSc, P.Eng, LSBB has a diverse education history. Rachman began by obtaining their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) in 1999. Rachman then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Process Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung from 2012 to 2014.

In addition to their degrees, Rachman has also obtained several certifications. Rachman completed the Project Management Essential Certified program from The George Washington University School of Business in 2008. Rachman also holds a Professional Engineer designation from Institut Teknologi Bandung, specializing in Chemical Engineering. Rachman further expanded their knowledge and skills through certifications such as BP Project Management Essential, Chevron Project Management (Capital Stewardship and Organizational Capability), Lean Sigma Black Belt Certified from Variance Reduction International, Inc. (VRI) - US Air Academy, and Senior Root Cause Analysis Facilitator from Chevron.
