Nikitha George has a diverse range of work experience in the field of network engineering and unified communications. Nikitha started their career in 2013 as a Network Engineer at Mannai Corporation QPSC, where they installed hardware and software for networks and performed troubleshooting analysis. Nikitha then joined Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) in 2015 as a Cisco Voice Engineer, responding to user needs and questions regarding network access and IP telephones. In 2016, they moved to Salam Technology as a Consultant Unified Communications, responsible for developing proposals, designing solutions, and implementing infrastructure services such as voice and data networking. Nikitha'smost recent role is as a Contract Network Engineer at North Oil Company Qatar, which they started in 2018.

Nikitha George completed their Master's degree in Computational Engineering and Networking from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Calicut University, Thenhipalem, Malapuram between 2006 and 2010.
