Marge De Arce has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Marge started their career in 2004 as a Supervising Recruitment Consultant at John Clements Consultants, Inc., where they worked until 2009. Marge then joined Capital IQ as an HR Generalist from 2009 to 2011. In 2012, Marge joined Maersk Oil as an HR Coordinator, where they stayed until 2017. Currently, they are working at North Oil Company Qatar as a Senior HR Specialist since July 2017.

Marge De Arce obtained a Diploma in HR Practice from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the years 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas, spanning from 2000 to 2004. In addition, they hold the certification of Associate from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, which they obtained in June 2015.
