Fadoua Rouis has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. In 2008, they started their career as a Junior Field Engineer at Schlumberger. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Project Engineer at NASR CONTRACTORS, where they were responsible for implementing and overseeing EPC projects. In 2011, they joined OMV as a Production Engineer, where they had various responsibilities such as well surveillance, well interventions, and economic studies. Fadoua also served as a Performance Analyst Specialist at OMV, managing upstream performance analysis and project evaluation. Currently, they are working at North Oil Company Qatar as a Production Forecast Engineer, where they are involved in forecasting and optimizing oil and gas production.

Fadoua Rouis obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Related Technologies/Technicians from IPEIS - Institut Préparatoire aux Études d'Ingénieur de Sfax from 2002 to 2004. Following this, they attended the Tunisia Polytechnic School from 2004 to 2007 and earned their Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
