Diana D'Souza has extensive work experience in various HR and training roles. Diana is currently working as an HR Specialist at North Oil Company Qatar since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Mace as a Human Resources professional from February 2020 to August 2021. Diana also has experience as a freelance trainer, specializing in HR, aviation, grooming, F&B, and customer service, from November 2012 to February 2020. Before that, Diana worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group from September 2016 to November 2018. Prior to joining Qatar Airways, Diana worked as Ground Staff at Air Sahara from January 2002 to September 2002.

Diana D'Souza attended St. Xavier's College from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government. In 2016, they earned a certification in Aviation Compliance Auditing in an EASA Environment from the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). Additionally, Diana obtained a certification in NEBOSH Health and Safety at the Workplace from NEBOSH, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
