Aliovsat Guliyev MCIPS has a diverse work experience in procurement and supply chain management. Aliovsat has held various leadership roles in multinational companies such as North Oil Company Qatar, Maersk Oil, RasGas/Exxon Mobil JV, BP, and SOCAR. Aliovsat'smost recent position was as the Head of Logistics, Engineering & Construction Procurement at North Oil Company Qatar. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Procurement at Maersk Oil and RasGas/Exxon Mobil JV, where they managed technical multi-disciplinary activities and ensured cost-effective and timely completion of projects. Aliovsat also worked at BP as a Senior Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist and at SOCAR as a Senior Officer. Aliovsat Guliyev MCIPS has a strong background in contracts and procurement and is skilled in achieving cost savings and optimizing supply chain operations.

Aliovsat Guliyev MCIPS began their education at Garb Universiteti, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Computer Science. Aliovsat then pursued further education at Baku State University, obtaining a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration. Later, they attended the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply from 2010 to 2011, completing a degree in Procurement and Supply Chain management, leading to the achievement of MCIPS certification.
