Dianna Duffy has extensive experience in the field of cybersecurity and IT support, currently serving as a Security Controls Assessor in the Cyber Security Department at North Mississippi Health Services since October 1999. Duffy previously held roles such as Customer Service Center Supervisor, leading a team of 18 service desk technicians and overseeing support for over 400 applications, while also providing Tier I and Tier II support across various technical domains. Additional experience includes positions as Interim Technical Systems Operations Project Coordinator and PC Help Desk Team Leader at Lewis Computer Services, and Implementation Specialist at ITT Engineered Valves. Duffy holds an Associate of Arts degree in Communication from Itawamba Community College, along with educational backgrounds from Hatley High School and Freed-Hardeman University.
