Sarah Klein has extensive experience in human resources and operations management, currently serving as Manager of HR Operations at North Memorial Health Care since August 2011. Prior roles include Operations Analyst at North Memorial Health Care, Corporate Recruiter at Rust Consulting, and Consultant at Robert Half Management Resources, where project management for a performance management system was key. Sarah also worked as Sr. Training Consultant at Ceridian, Project Manager at Wells Fargo Bank, and National Training Manager for Wells Fargo's Business Payroll Services, where leadership in developing a learning department was demonstrated. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of HR Services and Initiatives at PayDay of Minnesota and Human Resource Generalist/Manager at Magenic Technologies Inc. Sarah holds a Human Resource Generalist Certificate from the University of Minnesota and has completed education at St. Cloud State University.
