Medical Director And Physician at North Memorial Health

Pete Tanghe has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Pete began their career as a Resident at Regions Hospital in 2000 and later worked as a Physician at EPPA from 2004 to 2008. Pete then joined HealthEast as a Physician and Medical Director in 2008 until 2016. During this time, they also served as a Medical Director at Maplewood EMS in 2009. Currently, they are working as a Medical Director and Physician at North Memorial Health Care since 2016. Additionally, Pete had a brief experience as a Guide at Wilderness Inquiry in 2003.

Pete Tanghe completed their Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Saint John's University in 1992. Pete then attended the College of Saint Benedict from 1988 to 1992. In 2000, they received their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Epidemics - the Dynamics of Infectious Diseases, The Science of Safety in Healthcare, and Cardiac Arrest, Hypothermia, and Resuscitation Science from Coursera in 2013.
