Misha Orchard is an experienced educator currently working as an Elementary School Teacher at North Mason School District since August 2023. Previously, Misha held various positions at Quality Food Center, including Cake Decorator, Produce Clerk, and Barista, from March 2020 to August 2023. Misha also served as a Student Teacher at Belfair Elementary School from March to June 2023, where lesson design aligned with common core state standards and effective classroom management strategies were implemented. Earlier experience includes roles as Crisis Case Manager and Kitchen Lead at THE COFFEE OASIS, and on-call staff at CRISTA Ministries. Misha holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northwest University, complemented by an Associate of Arts from Olympic College.
