Carol Varga has a strong background in the banking industry, starting as a Teller and working their way up to Assistant Branch Manager at Hudson United Bank. Currently, Carol holds the position of Senior MSR - Calling Center at North Jersey Federal Credit Union, where Carol also serves as a company trainer and HR Trainer. With a focus on employee education and training programs, Carol plays a key role in supervising and enhancing the company's Call Center. Carol's experience includes managing staff, handling IRA programs, and promoting bank products to customers. Additionally, Carol has a degree in Business and Office Skills from Butler High School.
