Kelly Carman is an experienced owner and Learning and Development Consultant at Learning Curve Learning & Development since January 2017, specializing in curriculum development, program delivery, performance gap assessment, and one-on-one coaching. Current clients include multiple community colleges in Iowa and various organizations such as Donaldson Company and TrueNorth. Additionally, Kelly serves as a Contract Corporate Trainer for North Iowa Area Community College and Kirkwood Community College. Previous experience includes roles at CUNA Mutual Group, where expertise in learning needs assessment, program design, and training management was developed over a span of 23 years. Kelly holds various professional training and certifications in the field of learning and development.
