Wayne Messina has over 25 years of experience in public sector consulting, currently serving as Managing Director and Public Sector Lead at North Highland since January 2006. Wayne has held multiple leadership roles at North Highland, including Vice President and Associate Vice President, where responsibility included overseeing the South Region Public Sector Practice. Prior to joining North Highland, Wayne worked at Unisys from 1997 to 2006, progressing from Manager to Principal, and gained significant expertise in managing public sector initiatives.
