Xochitl Gutierrez is an experienced professional currently serving as the TANF Family Wellness Coordinator for the North Fork Rancheria of Mono Indians of California since May 2022. Prior to this role, Xochitl was a Bilingual Anti-Human Trafficking Advocate at YWCA Silicon Valley from September 2017 to May 2022, and a Community Educator at the Organization for the Legal Advancement of Raza from September 2013 to August 2017, specializing in immigration waivers. Earlier experience includes positions at Follett Higher Education Group as an Associate, California State University, East Bay as an Exhibit Coordinator and Lab Technician Assistant, as well as various roles in customer service. Xochitl holds a Master of Arts in Anthropology and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from California State University - East Bay.
