Currently serving as the Director of Operations at North County Transit District and the Executive Director of Team Dream Foundation, Jorge emphasizes excellence through innovation and efficiency. With a solid background at San Diego Metropolitan Transit System, where management of day-to-day trolley operations was a key focus, Jorge has a proven track record of collaboration with department heads and political officials. Previously, as a professional athlete drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars, Jorge played three seasons in the NFL before transitioning into management and nonprofit roles. Jorge holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
